This 6 week strength building program includes four days of strength workout splits: Upper body Push, Quad and Glute focus, Upper body Pull, Hamstring and Glute focus. Also included: a data sheet to record weights every week, a built in calculation for weight recommendations based off of your 1-3 RM, mobility warm-ups and cool down stretches, as well as 2 optional HIIT / Cardio workouts per week.
